45 pound Dumbell Thrusters, 15 reps

300 feet Walking lunge with 45lb plate held overhead

  1. Almost rx’d on this one. Had to do 135lb squat cleans instead of 155lb squat cleans. 31:48

    Scaled like crazy, but I’m still beat!!

    I am beat and sore too..I’m going to go do a full body saran wrap now. Ouch!
