Nicks and Ding Part 1: Saran wrap…its the new Ibuprofen!

Dealing with a slightly bright (read painful or irritated) knee, shoulder or back? Here is a simple pain relief and anti-inflammatory aid that is safe and effective without unhealthy NSAIDs or other drugs. Mix baking soda, Epsom salt and water to make a thick paste, smear it on brightened area, wrap with plastic wrap, cover with warm wash cloth and wrap with ace bandage to hold in place. Leave in place for a while (how’s that for scientific?). Enjoy the anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, and oxygen enhancing effects. Here are some more healthful uses for Epsom salt. And of course, here are some more uses for plastic wrap too.

Tabata Push-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.

Post Tabata score for each exercise to comments and total for final score.
E.G., 10, 22, 9, 15, 15 = 71

    I feel your pain brother! Not sure if it is good for abrasions, but I do believe it is supposed to be good for traumatic pain like bruising.
