NW Regional Highlight Video

Check out this highlight video from the NW Regional (.mov/.wmv). Those of you who couldn’t make it will get a good taste of some of the drama, especially in the two person C&J and the rope climb WOD. Heads up, the song with the video has some pretty nasty language so just turn it down and watch the cool highlights if it bothers you.

Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
