Rest 3 minutes
Run 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 400 meters

  2. I was feelin’ the fuzz this morning. It was hard to get moving. But that may have been because it was 60 degrees in our house.

    The fuzz is creepy, and I think I have a bad case of it all over my shoulders– yuck!
