Too Much Good Stuff

So much good stuff to share at CFS. Let’s start with Brad (age 52-just had to share that because he is one of the baddest 52 year old men you will ever meet, and a heck of a nice guy too) ripping off a serious set of pull ups. Brad has worked at these every day before and after class and it shows. Nice work Brad!

CFS 2.0 pre-paint

Delaney and Andrea getting it done @ CFS 2.0

Mags sportin’ our new line of clothes and R2 sweeping…I guess!?

R1 and Halee…precision craftsmen.

It wasn’t all work! Teryaki chicken, yum and no, Ryan didn’t eat the rice.

Jay-ro and Mags teaming up.

Thanks again everyone who helped out with the flooring. I had no idea we could get through that so quickly.

  1. Thank you so much everybody for helping us out. We really appreciate our CrossFit “Family”. You all are such a blessing to our family. We’re always telling our girls that many hands make light work! What a good example!
