  1. 4 rounds: 53:16
    35# KBS

last time 3 rounds: 31:36 with a 26# KBS. Slowly but surely Eva…..

  2. 4 rounds rx’d: 50:34 (it was rough)

  3. 4 rounds with 1.5 pood KBS: 43:16 (I think?)

Debated going 5 rounds and using the 2 pood KB. Because of the heat I chose to go 4 rounds. The after effects of Annie yesterday + watching Casey struggle through the 4th round with the 2 pood kettlebell before we started made up my mind on the KBS. It was probably mostly the heat and not the 2 pood (because I was feeling just as bad after my fourth run), but it just looked brutal. That 4th round was really tough. The wheels started to come off during that round, so I think that 4 rounds was the right choice. My fifth round would have taken about 15 – 20 minutes easily, so the 4 rounds was just about right. I paced the runs and they still took their toll.

Inspiring to watch Casey battle through the 2 pood kettle bells swings and Andrea knock out 120 pull-ups! Way to go Steins!

  4. Nice work you guys! Eva has to be one of the hardest “WOD’S” ever. You guys are inspiring!!

  5. Awesome work you guys. Those are some outstanding efforts! Sorry I am not there to cheer you on. Tell me there was more than just the three of you?

    • Def not 3. We had Betty, Amy, Joe, Emily, John, Jeff, and me. Everyone worked so hard, but we did miss your cheers.

Ryan where have you been? Have you gotten so lean you’re now invisible?

  6. Wow, rough one! Great job everyone. Andrea way to gut that out at the end. John you are a machine! Welcome Jeff great job!

  7. Heard about the upcoming fun and was jealous. Did my best to come up with “Beach Eva”.
    5 rounds (all on beach)
    800 meter run (4 x 200m)
    30 burpees
    30 sit-ups

    52’17”
burpees were the best sub for kettlebell for me I could come up with (at least for me)
