The Seven

Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups

9:15 AM and 5:15 PM Classes

  1. By far, my favorite WOD yet!! I love it, it gets everything. All it would need is a 200/400meter run.

    That said, I’m gutted! I stopped after 5 rounds and was gassed. I really wanted to finish it but the last two but it would’ve taken ages…. I would like to blame the 4 hours sleep but really, it just works you all over and gassed me.

    5 rounds 42’39” (i think)
    24″ box pike push ups for HSPU
    I just got knees within a foot of elbows for Knees to elbows
    Orange band pull ups

  2. Good to hear that you liked this one. I have been wanting to do this wod for a long time. I’m looking forward to it. I have to admit that I’m glad I’m not doing it today. My body is done from the last 3 wods – very happy for the rest day today.
