    Deadlift – 365lbs (20lb PR!)
    Total – 755lbs (70lb PR over my last total of 685!)

    • Well apparently I can’t add because my total that day was actually 760, which is a 75lb PR over my last total of 685!

    Total: 887

    All my lifts were off a bit, but I just did not have in it my to hit a max effort after Nuts, Arnie and the Seven. That’s Ok, because all those Hero Wods were max efforts in their own CrossFit way and pushing through those WODs will pay off down the road. As will doing a CrossFit Total WOD when I am not at 100%, it will be much easier the next time and that should provide some PRs
