5:30 AM Class

Happy rest day!

9:15 AM and 5:15 PM Classes

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
185 pound Front squat, 5 reps
10 Pull-ups
20 Double-unders

Post rounds and fractions of rounds to comments.

  1. Only 115lbs on the front squats today. Still working on the cleans but the the pull- ups and double- unders went well. 5 rounds +

    Nice WOD today! RX’d 2 rounds in 12 minutes – at least 10 failures on the Clean portion of the workout.
