9:15 AM & 5:15 PM Classes

Three rounds for time of:
10 Muscle-ups
10 Forward rolls
20 One legged squats, alternating
Handstand walk 20 yards

  2. 27:54 or so – sixty pull ups – sixty blue band RD’s – lotso hand stand attempts – all in all a good workout.
