    Nothing like a nice ego boost (unbroken solid squats) followed by 15mins of flailing around geting Toes to Bar done 2, maybe 3 at a time, and I think the last one off the bars, but they’re done!

    Good job everyone with just taking the patience to crank out those out despite how awkward they felt.

  3. Kudos to the A.M. peeps!! This looked like a tough one.

    Didn’t have much steam today=(

    Sorry guys & gals, I had to go to the GLOBO gym for this WOD

    Abdominal muscles still ache from earlier this week so had to omit the lovely toes-2-bar… plus, lower back is sore as well from Push Jerks yesterday so no KB swings…

    Just good, old fashioned Back Squats were the only things I could pull off today:

    Warmed up to 190#. Then, got real low with 5 Rounds of 5 Reps with 190#. Had my stopwatch running the whole time, but was distracted by a fellow globo gym-goer who inquired about why I was going so low… I told him about me trying to strengthen myself for my snatches and OHS, then I had to let him know about CFS…So that took a while.
