Nutrition Part 2

Following the Saturday WOD we will be having part 2 of our nutrition discussion. Bring in your carb tracking statistics and be ready to share your thoughts and revelations.

9 AM Class

From the vault… the bumper plate medley. Check out what the first round looks like below.

7 rounds for time of:

8 Bumper Plate Squat Cleans

10 Bumper Plate Overhead Anyhow (push jerk, split jerk, push press or press)

12 Bumper Plate Overhead Stationary Lunge

    Tough one! It was a really good gut check WOD. Really hard to keep pushing yourself to keep moving after the first 3-4 rounds.

    I really enjoyed the nutrition talk too. Good stuff!

    fun wod to mix it up. reps definitely add up, though the angry gorilla got to be fun when you just relaxed and had fun popping the weight up.

  6. 14:24, rx’d added 3 minutes to my time by doing the 25# plate.

    Congrats to everyone new to this workout doing it rx’d. I’m pretty sure my first time around I only did 10#.
