5:30 AM, 9:15 AM and 5:15 PM Classes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
185 pound Back squat, 7 reps
45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (right hand)
7 Burpees
45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (left hand)

    I had to be a lot more patient with the lunges than I expected.

  2. Definitely not rx’d.

    Back squats at 135lbs
    Walking lunges carrying a 53lb KB (carrying weight OH was really irritating my back)
    Burpees were normal

    6 rounds + 9 RH walking lunges

  3. That one was looooong! It was fun though. I got through 4 rounds + 7 LH walking lunges. The back squats were the toughest… They seemed to get heavier and heavier as I went. Still need to work on those 🙂

    Glutes are going to be sore tomorrow

    Tough WOD to come back to..but good times all around.

    Did this a day later in my garage. Sick yesterday (and Saturday & Sunday) with a head cold. Felt pretty good today. Still moving a little slow.
