    Just absolutely pleased to get the rope climbs done Rx’d. Time to start bumping up the speed/intervals as I’m less scared now.
    Everyone’s making great progress on those!

    • You would’ve enjoyed this morning seeing the ropes filled almost constantly. Big strides have been made since you brought he rope in. I think, could be wrong, everyone was climbing a rope.

    I was able to get the first 4 ropes climbs back-to-back and then take a quick breath and get the 5th. I surprised myself there. The competition looming in the near distance is really pushing me to do more.

    I agree with Shawn, who looked awesome on the ropes today, lots of progress for everyone this morning on rope climbing. Everyone was on the ropes to some degree and doing more than they have in the past. Huge growth for everyone in this skill.

    Thanks for getting the ropes for the gym Jeff & Charity! It is paying off big time.
