Row 250 meters
135 pound Front squat, 10 reps
15 GHD Sit-ups
20 Box jumps, 24 inch box

    I liked it, but worked late last night plus the good solid week we’ve had (which was awesome), I admit, I was just tired this morning!
    Great job Jim and Margarite. Margarite’s front squats (at least the last round I was watching) were great, at or below parallel and unbroken.

  2. Big shout out to our CFS champions heading to the Winter Challenge.
    Enjoy yourselves and remind Taranis he’s nothing but a has-been god nobody really believed in the first time around.
    Kick butt John, Casey, Andrea, Halee and Kris!

    I suggest you guys just walk in the door, have John just walk up and deadlift 400+ lbs rep after rep, Casey start cranking out unbroken Double Unders, Andrea cranking through the rower, Halee just jump on a few muscle ups and Kris cruising up the rope.
    Bring someone that looks wise and rugged, very calmly watch this, nod his head say “Yep, That looks about right for CrossFit Snohomish.” See if you can intimidate them out of the box. 🙂
