Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Enjoy a couple days off or….

Choose a WOD or two from this list. Perform them over the next couple days and post your choice of WODs and times to comments.

    • Nice time Halee! That is a lot of work to get done in close to 10 minutes when the Rx’d weight is 50% of your bodyweight! I may give a scaled up Randy a go with 50% of my bodyweight and see how I match up to your time. May have to wait a bit to do it. My hands are torn up from yesterday and I am not sure 75 snatches would be the best therapy.

  3. Whoops! Looks like Jeff may have forgotten to include a link to the list when he put up this post. There is one that is already on the CFS site. You can find it by clicking on the link titled ‘CrossFit To Go’ on the lower middle right side of this web page under the heading “Paperwork”. Just sub or skip any exercises that you do not have the equipment to do (i.e. pull-ups when you have no pull-up bar).

    Among other WODs on the list are everybody’s favorites 100 Burpees for time and 200 Burpees for time, no equipment challenges for either of those. Both guaranteed to make for a guilt free Thanksgiving dinner. You will definitely deserve to chow down after that! 🙂

    The gym will be open for the 9:00 AM Saturday class if you are around this weekend. See you there.

  4. Happy Thanksgiving to all! I am so grateful for my family and friends, along with antibiotics! I got strep for the holiday. Thanks to my understanding husband, John, and wonderful boys, Christian and Austin for not expecting a Thanksgiving feast. Instead, they took me out to the Claim Jumper for Thanksgiving dinner because I was too wiped out to do anything other than lay on the sofa for the past two plus days!
