Crab walk 50 feet

Plank hold 1 minute

  1. worked up to 235lbs 2RM on Floor Press

    Other WOD: 1 round + 2 burpees @ 20min cut-off
    (w/ 20# vest except chin up hold)

    The other WOD was a lot of fun, pushed the shoulder/arms to limits and a lot tougher than I thought it’d be (and I thought it would be tough). Chin up holds killed me, used orange band second round. And I was definitely was generous in the seconds I counted for them.

    21+ minutes for 2 rounds of Jeff”s crazy hard PE class workout. Fun workout though! 🙂 I liked the crab walks and roving planks. Everyone did a great job. Kudos to Betty for all three rounds and Amy for your fabulous chin up hangs!

    • Kris – Thank for being my partner and helping me finish the 10 rounds at 105. Nice work on finishing up at 140lbs (I think)!! Wow!

      • I love the reference to the PE class wod – because that is exactly what it was…that and the rope climbs the day before brought me right back to elementary school. Just wish I weighed what I did then, it would all have been much easier.
