    for some reason was letting the power snatch to get to OHS get to me (slowing me down). Nearly overslept and think I was just off. Lesson for next time just to take a breath, relax, commit aggressively and do the best I can (whatever that is)… always getting better!! 🙂

  2. 185# DL and 65# OHS 10:?? was trying to avoid getting my weird headache’s that show up during high rep DL’s so I did not really push it too hard. Great job Matt, Tony and Steph at the 9:15

  3. If I wasn’t sold on the benefits of Crossfit before my ACL and meniscus surgery, I certainly am sold now. It’s all about the functional movements! sitting down = pistols. getting into the car = dips, taking a shower = core work/balance, not to mention my right quad is getting worked like crazy just walking around on crutches. Miss you guys and looking forward to getting back to business asap. 🙂

  4. Kandi has got a 21 year old’s ACL in her left knee now. When she is done with rehab she will be unstoppable!
