30 second Handstand hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second L-sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold

  1. I received two copies of “The Paleo Cookbook” by Loran over the holidays. If anyone wants my extra copy let me know and I’ll leave it for you near the folders.

    I wonder if it still counts if I just climb on top of the bar for chin over bar, my chin would technically be over. (because that’s going to be the toughest part, yikes!)

  3. HPS @140# and 5 rounds of AMRAP -although the last 10 or so seconds of chin over bar was a little below the bar! Also planks in lieu of L’s
