Paleo Digest

Tabata Weighted pull-up, 30 pound dumbbell
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Weighted squat, 45 pound plate
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Weighted ring dip, 30 pound dumbbell
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Deadlift, 165 pound barbelll

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.

    I hope the weights were right or close enough, Ryan and I just made them up for girls. Enjoy ladies!

  3. TOUGH DAY for me today…15 – pu @ 12#, squat @ 45#, dips no weight (but no band), and 165# DL.

  4. Rx’d: 2-10-2-8 = 22

    The Rx’d weights were really, really tough to keep up with on the pull-ups. Started out at 5 reps and could barely hang on 2 reps after only a few rounds. I was blown out by the time I got to the squats as a result. Then I shot too low on the dips. Should have gone for 3. Deadlifts are mentally tough at the end.

  5. Rx’d: 3 – 8 – 1 – 7 = 19

    I feel like I could have done at least another rep on the ring dips and the squats, but the deadlifts were just plain horrible and I don’t think I could have done any more.

  6. 3-10-3-5=21

    I did the weighted pull ups, but just did regular ring dips. I agree with everyone else about those deadlifts…I thought that would be the easiest one and it proved to be the worse one!
