  2. 50# on the squat cleans.
    11:42 for the WOD. I did about 200 meter run and only 15 pullups each round, bit I did all the squats.
    This was a tough one!!!!

    2nd workdout rx’d: who even knows, just glad I finished. Glad we missed the big rain 9:15!

    • not yet, been absolutely swamped at worked and the nice spouse has taken care of it (luckily we eat pretty good with standby’s: grilled chicken/steak/pork+boiled potatoes+steamed veggie). Luckily it’s finally tapered off so i’m going to be a bit motivated now. First on my list to try are bison stuffed bell peppers, greek chicken breast kebabs and glenrock steak salad.

      By the way, I’m sorry but my awesome pup was a bit too awesome and grabbed the kombuchi mushroom (in bag) while I was showering up. (that’ll teach me to shower post-wod). It was a valient effort. At least I have the parts ready now 🙂

    Notetably not as awesome as Ryan’s time. Did this one on my own because I was a little busy with work and I compounded that business with a healthy dose of procrastination because I hate to run. Had trouble pushing myself on my own and could not get in the groove on the cleans either. Anyway, I am sure I laid the ground work for a fantastic performance another day.

    Pretty darn happy today. Never been able to make it through pull ups like that before. Thanks Jeff/CFS!
    Also the big benefit of the first WOD after rest day!

    Great efforts all around today. New guys, whose names I’m forgetting, are really picking it up well. Always love running w/ Tom.
