  1. Nice time on the burpees Jeff!

  2. DT @ 115lbs: 9:52 (1:28 PR over last time at the same weight)

    • It was great lifting with you for the first time in awhile. I missed your last round grunting! Reminds me to keep pushing for the last 10% and into uncomfortable!

  3. That’s an awesome burpee time!! Nice work!

  4. 10:32 Rx’d
    vs. 13:59 Rx’d on 12/27/10
Pretty darn happy! I wasn’t 100% first thing this morning, thinking about big week of work, but VERY happy with how I pushed on through and actually felt better and more activitated after the WOD.

I love starting my day with CFS. Started slow, got some great energy going with Jeff and Casey, and really left the building feeling better minus some tired muscles. It’s been 7 months and I’ve only once slept through a morning wod (unintentionally). I thought that’d be tough after the novelty wore off, but I just love how it gets me started between the wod, coaching and people!

  5. Shawn, I couldn’t agree with you more! On the days I go to the 5:30 am class, I get a high walking out– perfect way to start your day and with awesome people too!

14:?? 85# (20# more than last time 🙂 ) Speaking of grunting, my throat is raw!! That was a hard wod!

As usual, 9:15 burnt through the WOD way to go everyone!

  6. Casey and I are thinking about doing this run, anyone want to do it with us?
