  1. 5 rounds + 100 meters (subbed rowing 250 meter for 200 meter run)

Ugh! 2 pood KB felt really heavy today. Good WOD.

  2. Out of town until tomorrow…looks like I’m missing good ones!!!

    Great job Jon!

  3. 4 + 3 KBS
    KBS was really heavy!!

Ben, you need to do some wall climbs for fun tomorrow.

  4. Woooo! Looking forward to this one today!

  5. 5 rounds + 390meters Rx’d
(oh why didn’t a run just a touch harder to get that 10m!)

Decided I was whiny this morning. Bad Shawn 🙂
It was a darn good wod, fun. I like the movements and short fast/heavy efforts + short run. Feel better Jim, you really took off fast on that one!

There’s obviously a ton of skills we all want to work on (heck, it’s CrossFit, they’re trying to do ALL of them 🙂 ). To me, every now and then it seems good to temporarily give a skill a little extra time just to get it down.

So to all those fellow DU strugglers, if anyone’s interested, I’m giving myself a double under challenge if you care to join me.

60 days to 30 double unders:
    Day 1&2, 1DU each day; Day 3&4 , 2DU each day; Day 5&6, 3DU each day, etc…
The double unders must be unbroken (and not SU-DU). As many attempts as it takes. You can take a day off, but not two in a row.

Just for fun, I’ll do 20 burpees for each person that does it with me+I’ll do an extra burpee for each extra (>30) DU they do on the last day.

  7. Rx’d: 5 rounds + 5 burpee pullups

  8. Can’t remember everthing I did today…but it was really hard. Great 4:15 class

  9. 215 lbs deadlift
    53 lbs KBS

    5 rounds + 1 burpee pullup

I thought I was going to pass out at one point. Good WOD though!

  10. 5 rounds burpee pull-ups-Rx’d

Such a great 4:15 crew today! Nice work everyone!
