Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Hey Zoey and Sadie, Go on lots of rides for me.

  3. Is the wing healed Brad? Real pull ups? If so, that’s exciting as you’ve been very patient while putting in great hard work! Worst part of being sick is missing out on the darklifting awesomeness.

Way to go Steins! WOD-ing on the road is awesome, the Steins Rock!

    DU Day 32: DUx16

  4. 19 rounds + 17 Rx’d

    Nice job Brad! Welcome back!

  5. 11 pull ups + 7

Yay Brad! 🙂 Nice work Matt and Devin.
    Impressive road trip workout Steins!

    • My wife won’t blow her own horn, but this was a huge PR for her. Last time she did this WOD, she had to use a band and only got to round 7 or so. So Rx’ing it and getting to 11 plus rounds is testament to the hard work she put in working towards improving her pull-ups and the power of CrossFit. Way to go Kandi!

    • Wow Kandi, I had no idea that was that big of a PR! You made it look easy! Nice work!

    • Kandi-
Strong work girl! It seems like just yesterday you started stringing pullups together, now your rocking 11 + rounds on the pullup ladder! Impressive.

      • Thanks for the kind words. Betty and I were talking today about how nice it is to be able to put an “Rx” next to our names! 🙂 Betty- Nice work on this workout and today’s!

Annie- No tear, yay! You need to do this workout when you get back because I’m sure you will crush it! 🙂

  6. Nice job Kandi and Matt
