    didn’t tear.
I’m not unhappy, but I’m not happy. Thought I would get through the 18, I think I just ran out of steam. Glad its over.

Congrats to everyone as you finish the sixth weeks of wods. Way to work through them!

  4. Good job to Andrea, Ben, Devin and Matt, who came in to do the WOD right before the 9:15 class. This wod is a pretty tough due to the chest to bar pull-ups and/or the ascendinng reps on the thrusters. One or both of those factors seems to get everybody.

Soooo glad that the 6 sectional WODs are over. I focused way too much on them and lost focus on everything else. Out of balance.

  5. 30 Reps Rx’d
Absolutely thrilled with my humble little score. I thought there was serious possibility of getting a 3 today! Phew!

Really enjoyed finishing up the comp w/ Dave and Andrea who had awesome attitudes, just enjoying the great six weeks finding our best. Ben/Devin, those are great scores, don’t be disappointed! Especially for yourselves!

I’ve really enjoyed the comp and encourage others to join next year. Gets you to temporarily think differently. Though it is nice to be done and relax a little more. Like the end hiking a mountain, great trip, thin air and views, but taking off the boots feels so good at the end!

  6. 5 rounds = 90

Felt good through the first 3 rounds…..then…..the wheels fell off on the chest to bar. 🙂

Congrats to Shawn who, up until today, had only done 2 chest to bar pull ups. Nice work Shawn!!

  7. […] Our gym’s CF Open competitors will be doing this WOD either Friday (outside of class) or Saturday.  It is the same WOD that was used as the final WOD of the 2011 CF Open, so it is essentially a ‘benchmark’ workout for some of us that did it last year.  Compare to when we did this WOD during last year’s Open here.
