Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
Run 400 meters
Max rep Handstand push-up

Post number of handstand push-ups completed for each round to comments.

    Great WOD, could be one of my favs. Shawn, it was funny how we passed each other at roughly the same spot and gave a little encouraging grunt in passing.

  3. It’s amazing the power of the grunt! In my head I was saying so much more, great pace, great job getting full HSPU’s and more, but all I had in me was the grunt.
