Five rounds for time of:
15 Ring rows
35 pound Dumbell press, 15 reps
225 pound Back squat, 15 reps

Set up rings and box such that heels are at the height of the bottom of the rings.

    (40lbs DB’s, ring rows touched chest, but probably not quite perfect planks)

    The ring rows as defined DO SUCK as much you’d think they do. šŸ™‚ They’re not afraid to hide their new form of awesome suckness.
    I think Ryan likes me a little less today.

    Did 60% of the work this morning since Im a newbie. (15lb db’s, ring rows 85% to chest for all, 115lbs squats).

    Can only get better from here. Love the 530 class, especially on a sunny morning. Gonna have to bouce when possible to the 515pm Tuesday and Thursday though, sorry guys.

    (Rx row and DB press, but 2rds 225# and 3rds 135#). Not 100% today.

  4. 23:XX Didn’t come close to Rx’ing this one. Bonus WOD: Shoveled 8 yards of gravel on the driveway. (Definitely Rx’d this one.)

  5. press: 20lb dbs,rows: box for 3 rounds, then floor, then back on the box, scaled squat to box with 75lbs. Great job to all the ladies at the 4:15 class. šŸ™‚
