  2. CFS Saturday’s can be the best. Hanging out with great people while trying hard. Impressed by Matt’s willingness just to go for it way past it PR. And new Chris/Dwayne getting to enjoy their first CFT.

    Squat 427; Press 167; Deadlift 437

    Best of the day was Jim’s 167lbs press over the course of 5 mins, with the hair assist.

    CFT: 900
    Squat 345, Press 150, Deadlift 405
    All 3 were PR’s.

    Backsquat: 360
    Press: 185
    Deadlift: 405

    Pr’d on back squat by 5#s and Press by 18 #s (had some off days the last couple of times that we maxed out). Deadlift was weak today. Last CFT was 917, so overall a very good day.

  5. Crossfit Cabin workout #2
    5 rounds:
    5 Handstand Push Ups
    20 burpees
    10 Toes to Bar
    20 double unders (or 50 single)
    30 air squats

    Word is out over here!!! Had 14 people show for workout today…some Crossfitters…some not. Major modifying & scaling depending on the experience – the energy was amazing!!!

    You are killin’ it over there. CrossFit Lake Entiat coming soon. You better get that certification and get affiliated. Nice work over there.

    Great work on a not so energetic day still putting up great numbers and being patient with yourself!
