Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Chest to bar pull-ups
30 second Ring L-sit hold

Plank holds are a great sub for L-sit holds.

    ring l-sit holds definitely did not stay perfect but gave best effort

  5. 4 rounds +20 sec L-hold
    L-holds need work. Flexibility is an issue in Hammies. I’ll work on that. Hands tore today too. Ugh.
