2011 CrossFit Games Regional Workout 6

For time:
Row 20 calories
30 Burpees
45 pound Two-arm dumbbell ground-to-overhead, 40 reps
50 Toes to bar
100 foot Walking lunge with 45lb plate held overhead
150 foot Sprint

    This was a fun WOD! Great 5:30 class…lots of good work today. Great job Rx’n Shawn!

    Really not bad, some tough portions but once you’re done, you’re done.

    Ben’s T2B practice really paid off today. Always nice when you get to withdraw benefits from the work you put in. All the semi-new-ish people are really coming along. Just showing up, seeing the work, picking a weight/goal and getting it done like it’s normal.

  3. Anybody up for some rock climbing tomorrow? 12:30-1pm till whenever we choose/run out of energy/sun sets. Just need to rent some shoes from REI (unless you might fit 10.5/11)

    I knew that our fearless leader was awesome, but after doing this workout 5 minutes slower than JV did, after he had already completed 5 other workouts, and with tore up hands….I have a whole new appreciation for his accomplishment.
