Took a spinning boat crank in the knee cap 3 times in a row. Let’s hope this isn’t going to keep me down for long. Definitely didn’t and doesn’t feel very good at all. 😦
Sounds like a great time to focus on pull ups and ring dips while perfecting push ups and air squats. 😀
OUCH! I hate boat bites. I hope it is nothing serious.
