Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

  1. Took a spinning boat crank in the knee cap 3 times in a row. Let’s hope this isn’t going to keep me down for long. Definitely didn’t and doesn’t feel very good at all. 😦

    • Sounds like a great time to focus on pull ups and ring dips while perfecting push ups and air squats. 😀
