    Still kind of funny that we can stay low rep strong, get stronger, with only doing heavy deadlift months inbetween.

    No recorded 3-3-3-3-3 in my book, but 1rep max DL in April was 365…so I’m moving in the right direction.

    Shawn showed for the double WOD day doing the 50’s!!! Bam! I think it was like an 8 minute PR too. ANIMAL!

    • note: the “Bam” was me dropping the barbell on my foot, doh!! 5-ish min PR which I’ll definitely still take.
