  1. Tried to scale the weight and complete the reps. I died after the 40’s. No idea what time I had…somewhere in the 30’s. Can’t think of a better way to start the day than with the “good pain”. Love it!

Brad is a freakin machine! He can save me any day! šŸ™‚

15lb wall ball (bad form, needs work)
    35lb kettlebell

    • I liked your style today, picked a good aggressive goal and just went for it, working through the reps as best you could with the time available. I think you looked much better overall today with large volume, much more “natural” just plugging away at the work than a month ago (accounting for the dodgy knee on wall balls).
They’ll always be room for better, but big progress.

Great crossfit classic meat and bones wod that just works you! love/hate it!

Brad had a great time, but what I’m more impressed by was his ability to keep the rests short and push through reps while obviously exhausted. I admire and strive for that mental toughness.

  4. 27:38 Scaled to 40-30-20-10 14# WBS and 20″ box. Thank you for your sacrifice Scott. I hope to RX this one someday in your honor and have a “Brad” time.

I was chasing Ryan the entire time and could never catch him. He’s a machine on those wall balls. Nice work Lt.
