Really enjoyed this wod. Just loved the rope + c&j combo, with the decreasing rep and higher weights. I “over-prepared” a little too much on the c&j, should’ve just gone for it faster, but that challenge was part of the fun. Last couple c&j’s were rough!

thanks for the NASCAR impression Casey!

  2. 16:10 with the weights for the C&J’s as follows:

    145, 150, 155, 160, 165

I felt like I was standing around a bunch so I guess I need to start pushing myself to move more and faster.

  3. 16:34 weight for C & J: 85, 95, 105, 115, 115
This wod was fun, always love the rope. Thanks, Annie, for sharing the rope, hope I didn’t slow you down. Nice job, also on the 117 C&J!

John and Jeff, thank you for the help with the C & J. Slow with the deadlift beginning, fast with the clean. Then on the jerk, slow with the first dip, fast with the second dip to get under it keeping elbows up, helped tremendously. So much to remember! I’m so grateful for the knowledgeable trainers at CFS, Jeff, Casey, Ryan and John. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to helping others succeed.

    C & J: 75, 85, 95, 105, 117
Loved this WOD, probably my all time fave!
Kandi, always a pleasure to share a rope with you, but there were times I was wishing you weren’t so fast!

Thank you Ryan for switching out the weights for me….. And for putting more weight on the bar than I thought I could do.
