  1. it was really fun to be back in class…i haven’t been there in a while! Great people, it was a fun class!

  2. 17:00 scaled

Bar only on OHS. Weight wasn’t the issue, flexibility definately is.

  3. 17:48 with bar only. Squats slowly improving.

Great nutrition class. I learned a lot and you gave some great resources. Thanks!

  4. 13:10 Rx’d

Thanks Charity for working out with us today and pushing me to the finish. I saw you coming in my mirrors and couldn’t find that next gear to keep you from passing. It was great to see the whole family there this morning.

Thank you Jeff for taking the time for your nutrition class. It was very educational, and I learned a lot!

I agree with Mags, it was a fun class!

  5. 14:02 mod (40ish sec PR)
(105lbs OHS, same as last time)

As much as it took my wind away, it was great to get sweaty running in the sun for no other reason than that it’s a rarity, especially for me. Loved the look of the “pack” heading out on the start. And very proud no one jumped into the blue convertible for the return run.

I think the Vale girls enjoy running more than possible by anybody else I know, awesome.

  6. Missed the nutrition class because of family reunion. 😦
No gym so I did 150 burpies for time. 17:?? Thanks for the words of encouragement during the wod, John! 🙂
