20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

    10min PR vs. 5/12/11, wahoo!
    For the first time, ring dips actually felt ‘fully legit’. 1 at a time after the first 5 reps, but felt like I got full ROM every time with decent control. I’ve been on the short bus with ring dip progress for ages!
    Love that WOD, great way to start the week slightly nausious during post-wod exhaustion.

    Jim was impressive with plugging through every set in some speedy time. Marie/Julie plugged through their sets in good Monday morning tradition as well.
    (just fyi: we also did this wod on 11/23/10)

    Did all the work just used 30# db for squat cleans and 53# kb and also used 1 red band for ring dips.
    I am not quite there yet on doing everything without scaling. There is always next time

  7. pull-ups red band – 12, box jumps 16 in box jump on stepped off 10, 40stepped on stepped off. doubleunders did single unders 40X, ring dips with red band, 20 attempted knees to elbows, 30 KB swings 18lbs, HSC 10 LB DB’s, 30 wb shots, red 10lb ball, 2 attempts at rope with knots 2 knots.
    total time 29:00.
