Sleep is as important as nutrition and exercise for your health and performance. As CrossFitters we ask a lot from our bodies on a regular basis. We need adequate sleep to restore hormonal balance and heal our tissues. Sleep deprivation on the other hand can cause a whole host of issues. Not sure when to go to sleep? Check out this little survey to find out more about your Circadian Rythm and your ideal bedtime.

    No prev recorded SJ – really liked this movement. Thanks for all the great coaching this morning, and Ryan for pairing on then bar. Helped keep me motivated.
