  2. Most excellent workout, heavy bursts with good recovery time keeps it going. Stretched the wrists with a light load then moved up to 165-175# for the majority, good jump from my last 145 but the wrists! I need straps.

    Shawn had increadible concentration to finish a set when I knocked over the rack behind him! (I would have dropped and ran).

    Jumped in weight after some constructive criticism from Ryan.

    round 9 200#
    round 10 205#
    Thanks for the push Ryan. Wasn’t sure If I should go that high.

    Think we went up by 10’s in earlier rounds. 145 last time for 1 rep max.
