Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
10 L-Pull-ups
15 Back Extension with 25 pound plate
20 Sit-ups with 25 pound plate

  1. 5 rounds (i think) + 4 Pull Ups scaled
    5 strict pull ups per round for the 10 l-pull ups
    finally choose a good scaling option. 3 solid ones then led to 2 difficult max effort each round. I’ll take that progress. I think properly strict (no rep’d myself when I let my leg kip a little).
