  1. 8 + HSPUs

    Fun WOD, we had a time limit of 25min (probably needed up to 10 more min to finish the 10).

    Subs: 185# DL, Single-Unders, 15#+1pad AND! KIPPED PUs (okay w/ the band but I was getting the rhythm up to 4/5 at a crack), Shawn and Ellen were awesomely working (I heard a lot of effort between my gasps).

    • The pull ups were WAY better, you look like you’re starting to “break the seal”. A little more patience and work on stringing kips together and you’re going to drop a band level purely on skill/agility.

  2. 8 rounds @ 25min Limit
    HSPU w/ 10# from 7th round onwards, had to scale after 3 spectactular failures on the 6th round 3rd rep.
    Major time sucks were the HSPU’s (I was intimidated and thus rested too much) and first 3 rounds of DU’s. I don’t know what I did to anger the DU gods, but I couldn’t get more than 5. Thankfully things got better as I found my groove. (perhaps I’ll sacrifice a chicken next time)

    That said, GREAT WOD, love the balance. If I had a little better HSPU’s it would’ve been a great heart defect check!

    DU’s are starting to come around. Got the first round unbroken and then about 20 in the second round before the wheels fell off.

    185# dl
    2 ab mats for hspu’s
    Sub du for squats 20 each due to shin splints
    I was gassed on this one.

  5. 7 rounds + 3 HSPU (25 minute cap)
    (scaled – 175# DL, 1 ab mat for HSPU)

  6. 9 + 3 HSPUs
    (scaled- 105 DL, 4 DUs)

    I scaled this wod tons, and I loved it!! It was so refreshing to just keep moving and not get emotionally beatdown by a movement.

  7. 7 rounds + 6 DLs (25 minute cutoff)

    Scaled HSPUs to 2 abmats. I don’t know if it was the presses the day before or what, but I could barely support my own weight on those HSPUs.

  8. 7 rounds 8 PU Rx weights/reps (25:00 time limit)
    DU made this difficult for 4 rounds, the. Started to come around. Tough WOD but fun!
