  1. Power clean – 225# (30#PR) 235#F
    OHS – 155# this is 45# below my PR, but have not done since April (1rep max) and feel like shoulder issues in last few months have set me back on Max effort. I really like this movement and would like to dedicate some time to getting back on track.

  2. PC – 190 lbs (10lb PR)
    OHS – 155 lbs (I did 165 lbs as well but was a little shallow)

  3. Power clean: 215

    My last OHS felt the best out of them all, and felt like I had a little more in the tank. Still a 5lb PR, so I’ll take it.

  4. PC – 125#
    OHS – 85#

    No 1-rep max to compare PC with, but the heaviest I’ve ever done in any workout was 90#. My PR for OHS is 100# so I came up short for that one. I’m still pretty squirrely with the bar over my head.

    And cool…no close-ups of hair bunnies while doing push ups anymore. The gym looked great today, thanks!!!!

    Joyce…AMAZING!! The gym was so clean!!!!! I loved it!!

    Nice job to my newbies!! I enjoyed coaching the 3 of you this week! I’m so impressed with how well you all move.
