  1. 22:12, 595, I am SO glad I was the only person this morning or I never would have tried DU “attempts” BUT it forced me to keep trying .. Thanks for counting – and getting up Casey! Also went too low on the weight – I never know with my shoulder. This will be a whole lot quicker and easier(?) w/ DU working more reliabily! Just wait for next time!

  2. Rx’d: 12:40 / 945 lbs

Did 135lbs each round for the snatch. The DU’s went very quickly but the snatch was feeling really heavy today so I waited to catch my breath before attempting each snatch.

    • Good point, when the DUs go fast you then push the snatch… well that wasn’t my problem this time.

    • Nice solid weight Casey! It’s hard to attempt a bigger snatch after it feels like the DU’s have sucked the accuracy out.

  3. Rx’d- 7:20, 1110.

Wodded with the 9:15AM today. 185# on snatches. Missed the first snatch!! Total lack of concentration. After that I didn’t miss any. Concentration and accuracy are part of fitness!

  4. 33lb snatch
    50 s/u’s
missing 3 weeks not worth it

  5. I’m missing snatch Friday again today. 😦 My favorite lift!

  6. 8:20, 570 – Rx’d

95# for snatches. Missed the 2nd snatch and the rest were not pretty. DU’s were fine to start, but feet and wrists did their own thing in later rounds.
