    During warm up 55# felt really heavy, then I did all the push presses unbroken, so I think it ended up a little light. However, pushing the pace and intensity was fantastic! Anyday I’m not finishing last is a great day, lets get real.

  7. Casey came up with a nice alternative to accommodate large 5:15p class. 

    We did – 9 rounds per team of 3 of:
    300m row
    Max reps push press (I did 65#)
    Max DU

    Team = Me, Gary, Wendy
    Time = 12:55
    Score (DU+PP) = 304

    You’ll be my hero if you guys bring us back some sun and 80 degree weather.
