    Did not have a time for either of these on record, so today is a Grace benchmark for me. First 10 felt a lot easier then the last 10, which I had to do singles. Much more cardio intensive then I thought. Great workout.
    I am intimidated by Isabele, so I need to tackle it soon.

  2. 100 burpees for time. 16:40 about a min PR from my last attempt if memory serves me correct. Will try an hit Alamo CF in the morning.

    First time ever doing this WOD. The jerks are starting to feel a little easier. Probably should’ve pushed the intensity a little harder than I did. Still, I’m happy with setting this benchmark for myself.

  4. Grace – 5:28 Rx’d

    This is a 3:18 PR from my last time of 8:46! Really focused on jerking every rep and not push-pressing them.

  5. Ten rounds, each for time of:
    100 meter Sprint
    Rest 90 seconds

    12.5/12.5/12.6/12.2/12.7/12.5/12.5/13.0/13.2/12.9

    I felt pretty good about this one. I’m pretty sure that all of these times were faster than I could have run on my best day, fresh, during high school track. I also knew I was going to run out of time to get to my next class, so I only took 60 seconds of rest throughout WOD instead of the prescribed 90.
