    Then 9 scoots along wall.

    Five rounds for time of:
    Row 600 meters
    50/40# Dumbbell swing, 30 reps
    30 Pull-ups

    I did the first round of dumbbell swings with 50#, all rounds after with 40#. I tore after the second round of pull ups and subbed pushups instead. I’m definitely getting stronger at dumbbell/kettle bell swings, which feels good.

    I remember when I couldn’t even get up on the wall and how winded I was when trying it – that was a workout in itself. I think this is the most reps I’ve done with 1 ab mat. Feels so good when you make progress on something. And it helps to have short arms 🙂

    Not comfortable with handstands. I tried but I feel like I’m gonna fall over and hurt myself.
