  2. 15:30 (but… oh one day to normally do Rx’d!)
    30# R, 20# L, shoulder had trouble stabilizing even the 20
    30x – ab mat situps (shoulder still…)
    I enjoyed this WOD, w/o the Toes to Bar destroying my abs, my quads were the limiting factor, restored me after the dismal WOD yesterday.

    25# DB Snatch
    Really liked this WOD – now wish I had done a little heavier DB, but shoulder stability is still an issue…so scaling was good.
    5:30 class worked hard today!

    This one was a lot tougher than I expected. Really smoked the quads and just an all around burner.
