Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
18 Box jumps, 24″ box
15 Toes to bar
12 Pull-ups

  1. 6+2 GEDs
    Sub’d 10 GEDs for 15 Toes2Bar
    Nice workout – would have hurt hands w/o sub, the PUs were enough for the shoulder.

  2. 7 rounds + 18 Box jumps

    Did first round rx, then the second round I subbed 15 GHD’s for toes to bars. Starting the 3rd round I did 10 GHDs.

    For me at least, this was one of those wods that makes you start doubting yourself. It was a bit of a struggle to pushing till the end.

  3. 4rounds + 3 T2B Rx (Reverse order)
    Box jumps were not long enough to recover from PU & T2B…lot of resting going on…too much! Rt hand ripped on round 3, then pace suffered even more.

    Looking to regain my Crossfit power in the new year…NO MORE COOKIES!!!

    For time: 1000m Row one leg; 100 push ups one leg, 10 sitting 30# db muscle snatch, 10 right leg pistol
    Those 100 push ups were ridiculous. After 50 it was 1rep, 2rep, 3rep, what happened to the 4th?

    And still trying to figure out what GED’s are…. Gluteous Extention w/ DB’s? 🙂

    Went in reverse order for the whole wod.

  6. 4rounds + 17 box jumps- went in reverse order. subd 15 ghds for t2b (hands just healed up). So happy to work out with my son, today. Way to work hard Christian 5+ rounds! Also, fabulous job, Mags! Wasn’t that 5+ rounds rxd?!

    (Substituted – GHDSU for Toes to bar, ring rows for pull ups)

    Attempted to touch ground on all GHDSU attempts – that was a first for me. Usually go parallel or just beyond.

  8. 5 rounds + 12 pullups + 4 ghdsu’s

    I sub’d ghd for TTB strictly to save my hands for another day an also did this in reverse due to class size (also a good reason to do ghdsu’s instead)
