    Used the dip machine with assistance.

    The squat cleans were a big mental block even though I didn’t go super heavy on the weight. The dips were scaled correctly. They were difficult, but I was able to push through. I miss the friendly CFS competition to push me harder!

    Felt like I took a few to many breaks…thought I was too out of breath, but think it really was mental. Working on my mental toughness!

    I had no gas today. The low carb life is slowly leaning me out, but its also keeping my gas tank on E.

  5. 12:29 scaled to 85# and used band for dips. Harder than I thought it would be and it was crazy cold in our garage. Wished we could have made it into the gym.
