    Decided to take it a little easy on the weight which I think was a good move. I was dreading this at first but like Jeff said….it’s a chipper….just keep moving. It looks like ALOT but it is very achievable for anyone.
    Good to see the 530 crew again. Good job guys.

    Sub’d 25# DBs for HSPU (Jeff suggested this to get full range of motion if not able to do the full HSPU) wanted 30# but none available, mostly unbroken until the last few then very hard.
    Sub’d 44# for 54# KBS, only one break – next time do the full weight!
    I was surprised how quick this went, I’m sure I counted correctly! (I woke up during the night minorly stressing over this WOD and shoulders)

    Very good to see Chris again, great way to start the morning!

    40lbs DB Press for HSPU (good mix of a sub for full rom bias)
    35lbs Hip Ext for KBS and inch worm burpees
    Love me some chippers. Who’s excited for 70 unbroken burpees?!
    Good to see you in the dark Chris, maybe a bit more with the new job.

    Scaled the HSPU’s to 1 abmat like last time (everything else rx’d)

    I’m pretty happy about this PR being as I’m still like 12 lbs heavier than I used to be and I’m on a super-low carb lean out phase right now which is really affecting my energy levels.

    Apparently I didn’t stop my watch at the end and I was too dead to get a good look at it. Everything was going great until the burpees; they destroyed me. I think just facing 70 burpees in a workout is a big mental obstacle, and I’m glad I got through it.

    40 pull ups kip with a blue band
    50 KBS 18 lbs
    60 sit ups
    70 burpees
    burpees suck 😦
