    6 rnds, red band “ass”isted muscle up, 75#SDLHP, 44#KB, probably a bit light on both the Sumos and KB, maybe 85/53 next time. 1st round penalty of 12 Sumos & KBS because…

    Power to Ben to do and attempt the muscle ups! I’ll (also) be glad when Shawn is doing our workouts – he’s always has interesting subs but I never can relate! I’m sure you’ll come out of this even more of a beast.

    3Rounds + 1MU attempt ( 95# SDHP & 1.5p KB)
    (1st round 1MU/2nd round 2MU attempts and then 1MU/3rd round 3MU attempts…then moved on)

    Slow day…maybe still should have subbed different work for MU to keep working…MU are HARD!!!

    I think, other than running and jumping, I’m back to doing all fo the movements, just starting slowly and lightly to begin with. patiencepatiencepatience

    Good hunting to all those challenging themselves with the CrossFit Open. Great opportunity to challenge yourself with some CFS comaraderie.

    Did 6 Ring dips instead of MU’s

    Pretty happy with my PR. I didnt attempt anything more, but I feel as though that was it. It was slow going up and it almost felt like it came to a hault.

    MU’s – first 2 rounds with no “false grip”

    53# KBS
